Friendly people helping customers, the guy who helped us explained us everything about a tower of led lights that we bought. I did not remember his name , but he was latín. Great prices and wonderful and modern equipment offered in the store

Super great transaction with VIP Pro Audio! Ordered some speakers from them on EBay and they were shipped the next day. Packaged super well with extra corner protection on the boxes. I dealt with Edder and he answered every question promptly and clearly.

I'm coming here to leave my dissatisfaction with this store. I made an online purchase on November 17th and to this day they haven't sent my order, I've called several times and they say they will send it and it never does. If I were you, I wouldn't buy from this store.

If I could do negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money. I attempted to buy two Rcf speaker they say they had. Turns out they don’t have that but they have my money now. So I’ll prolly have to file fraud to get my 6,400 back. I was passed around in phone tag to 4 people before I found out they didn’t have what they claimed they did and not one person was polite. Update. They emailed me obv fake receipt saying it was refunded. But my bank has no record of anything but the charge. And advised me to dispute the charges and take legal actions
